While it’s not [yet] possible to get somewhere by snapping your fingers, booking a ride to the Hamptons is now as easy as tapping your smartphone three times. In late May 2014, a new option that doesn’t require advance reservations was born: BLADE, the app that allows users to book helicopter rides to Hamptons hotspots in seconds. The software, which enables passengers to get to their weekend destinations in around 35 minutes, is currently available for Apple iOS and Android.
