Novak Djokovic won the second set 6-4 to level his Wimbledon final Sunday with seven-time champion Roger Federer at one set each. Federer won the first set 7-6 (7). Djokovic fell awkwardly in the first game of the second set and called for a trainer immediately after he broke Federer's serve to take a 2-1 lead. It was only the second time this tournament that Federer had his serve broken — the other came in Federer's quarterfinal win over fellow Swiss Stan Wawrinka, when he dropped his only set of the tournament before the final.
Nick Lachey and his wife Vanessa has a scary car accident over the weekend. The 41-year-old singer has revealed he and his stunning spouse whom he married in 2011, were on their way to a dinner date when the Uber car they were travelling in was involved in a minor smash up with another vehicle. Nick uploaded a photograph of a white car's scrunched up bonnet sitting under a black vehicle's caved-in boot, but refused to state which motor he was travelling in at the time. Lachey captioned his post with advice saying "Word of advice.....always wear your seatbelt when you uber There is no such thing as a guaranteed safe ride. #datenight"
The US needs to focus on fixing itself rather than on “nation-building” abroad, Donald Trump told the Guardian in an exclusive interview. The Republican presidential frontrunner then gave two examples of exceptions to his philosophy: in Kosovo in the 1990s, and in the conflict against Isis today. The real-estate mogul and former reality TV star has long questioned the use of military force abroad to promote democracy, and has vocally condemned the 2003 invasion of Iraq. But in laying out his foreign policy during a wide-ranging conversation with the Guardian on Monday, Trump said despite his hesitations about military intervention, “there are certain cases where you see things going on, atrocities going on, that are horrible ... Isis is one of them”. While Trump made clear that he was willing to deploy American military power in some instances – “If there’s a problem going on in the world and you can solve the problem” – he continued to question most US interventions, including what he described as an ill-considered Obama administration policy in Syria.

Hillary Rodham Clinton went to Donald Trump's doorstep Monday to mock the Republican presidential front-runner on the eve of the first Democratic presidential debate. The appearance at a boisterous rally of the politically potent Culinary Workers Union was a win-win for Clinton, letting her signal her support for an influential union while taking aim at the Democratic party's favorite foil. The union which represents casino and resort workers, is trying to organize hotel employees and invited all of the five candidates in town for the debate to the rally. At the rally Clinton said "Some people say Donald Trump is entertaining, I don't think it's entertaining when someone insults immigrants, when someone insults women."
