Buddy action comedy Let's Be Cops opened to a strong $1.2 million Tuesday night for stars Damon Wayans, Jr. and Jake Johnson. The 20th Century Fox film, costing a modest $17 million to make, could now earn $25 million-plus in its five-day debut. Directed by Luke Greenfield, Let's Be Cops follows two friends who pretend to be Los Angeles police officers.
