Veritiv begins trading on the New York Stock Exchange on Wednesday, following the merger of International Paper Company's distribution solutions business, xpedx, and UWW Holdings, the parent company of Unisource Worldwide. Veritiv Chairman and CEO Mary Laschinger reveals how the new company is poised to be stronger than the two businesses alone in terms of its products and services and how the company will be able to create value for its shareholders. With a strong presence in North America, Laschinger also reveals how the company plans to leverage its footprint in the region to expand in the future.
