Late Night Hosts Hilariously Bid Farewell to Sean Spicer

Following former White House press secretary Sean Spicer’s official resignation, the late night hosts all took turns hilariously saying their goodbyes. On Late Night With Seth Meyers, Meyers joked “There’s a good chance when Spicer went into the Oval Office to resign, Trump didn’t have any idea who he was”, because of the lack of communication with President Donald Trump that Spicer often conveyed to the press. On The Daily Show With Trevor Noah, the host bid farewell by creating a tribute that he thought truly captured Spicer’s flavor- a montage, which included all of the times Spicer attempted to pronounce the President of Syria’s name, Bashar al-Assad. Over on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, the comedian shared a music video made of mashed up clips to make him sing Gloria Gaynor’s “I Will Survive”, and it was glorious. Lastly, Stephen Colbert wrapped up his spicy thoughts stating, “Like you people out there, I am going to miss Sean Spicer. Even from his humble beginnings as the Easter bunny at the White House, we knew how special Sean was going to be.” Spicer, out!
