Three people who went to inspect the damage done by a small mudslide, only to be caught in the path of a second, larger one, remained missing on May 26. The larger slide, which swept down the side of Colorado’s Grand Mesa on May 25, was about a mile wide by three miles long, officials said. Two of the missing are a county employee and his son. The local sheriff’s office released this footage of the area, shot by a search helicopter, on May 26. Credit: YouTube/Mesa County Sheriff’s Office
