A California jury indicts shipping giant Fedex, accusing it of conspiring to deliver prescription drugs for illegal Internet pharmacies. The company maintains that it will not plead guilty. The stock is lower in the premarket this morning. In the last 52 weeks, its traded as low as 102.95 and as high as 155.31 As of Thursday's session, it was off its September 2013 lows trading at $151.90. UPS, paid $40 million last year as part of a settlement to avoid charges in the same investigation.
