More Nearly 40 pounds lighter with lower cholesterol after his unusual experiment, John Cisna says the big lesson certainly is not to eat more McDonald's food, but rather the benefits of closely monitoring your caloric intake. Like in the scathing 2004 fast-food documentary "Super-Size Me," Cisna decided to eat only from McDonald's. Three of his Iowa high school science students helped track strict limitations - namely a total daily intake of 2,000 calories. One admits he thought the idea "sounded kind of crazy" before they started but did his part, using the online menu explorer to put together Cisna's daily meal plans. The daily menus included all the McDonald's items, Cisna says -- including the burgers and sundaes. Cisna also started walking 45 minutes a day, improving from a rough start.
