There's speculation that actor Shia LaBeouf could be heading back to rehab. The 28-year-old told Parade magazine back in 2009 that he was an alcoholic and that he might consider seeking treatment. Paul Hokemeyer, a family therapist with expertise in treating addiction, says that based on reports that Shia is now attending Alcoholics Anonymous, the young star may be ready to turn his life around.
