Waroona Fire Jumps Containment Lines

Homes in Waroona, Western Australia, were threatened by a bushfire early Saturday morning, January 31, after the fire jumped containment lines and burned out of control. Fire authorities warned that it was too late to evacuate the town and gave instructions for sheltering in place.
