Syriza Supporters Celebrate in Athens After Initial Exit Polls

Initial exit polls in the Greek elections on Sunday, January 25, projected anti-austerity party Syriza in the lead with between 35.5 and 39.5 percent of the vote. While official results weren’t expected until 9:30pm local time, Syriza supporters began celebrating in the party’s tent in Athens in the wake of the exit poll numbers.
