Owen Labrie found not guilty of felony sexual assault

Owen Labrie, a former student at the elite St. Paul’s School who is now 19-years old, was found not guilty on three counts of felony sexual assault. He was found guilty of four misdemeanors relating to sexual assault and endangering the welfare of a child and guilty of one felony for using a computer to "seduce, solicit, lure or entice a child under the age of 16." Labrie could face up to 11 years behind bars. His sentencing hearing is scheduled for October 29th.
