Flood Fears Fade for Snow-Hit Buffalo

Fears of major flooding from melting snow in Buffalo, New York, faded on November 24. High winds and relatively high seasonal temperatures have resulted in much of the snow melting and the National Weather Service has issued a flood warning for the area, USA Today reported. Officials said the creek is higher than normal but is it not flooding, in a video posted on November 24.
