People Pulled Alive From Rubble After Airstrikes Hit Idlib Town

Activists in the Syrian town of Sarmin, a rebel-held town in the Idlib governorate, reported strikes against the town on March 27, one day after claiming that government forces had inflicted a second chlorine gas attack on the town in ten days.

On March 16, local activists reported the use of chlorine gas by Syrian government forces, followed by ongoing reports of airstrikes. In a March 19 statement, US Secretary of State John Kerry condemned the reported use of chlorine gas in the March 16 attack.
