Afghan Demonstrators Protest Reduced Mob Killing Sentences

Demonstrators in the Afghan capital Kabul marched in protest on July 6 following a court ruling that commuted the death sentences of four men convicted in the killing of Farkhunda, a woman beaten to death by a mob on March 19. The woman was targeted close to the Shah-e-Do Shamshera Mosque after being accused of burning a copy of the Koran, according to reports quoting local sources.
