London-listed pharmaceuticals company Shire ready to recommend revised indicative offer from AbbVie of Chicago, which values the company at $53.75 billion. Shire’s share is up at over £50 – approaching the £53.2 that AbbVie’s cash and shares offer implies. Switzerland’s Lindt buys Russell Stover Candies. Eurozone industrial production falls 1.1% in May.
