The anti-graft wing of the Delhi government has filed an affidavit in the high court saying it has jurisdiction to lodge a report against Reliance Industries and former petroleum minister M Veerappa Moily, in the gas pricing issue. Moily said that the matter is in the court and it would be taken care of by the court. Congress and NCP also said that the High Court will have final say in the matter.
