More New York City police took four people into custody Tuesday night, following a tip that they were the dealers who sold Philip Seymour Hoffman the heroin that caused his death over the weekend. The four (three men and one woman) were arrested at an apartment on Mott St. in Chinatown after a tip was phoned in to police. Three of those arrested, 57-year-old Robert Vineberg, 22-year-old Juliana Luchkiw, and 22-year-old Max Rosenblum, all lived in the building, while 48-year-old Thomas Cushman did not. In addition to arresting the four, police seized more than 350 bags of heroin from three apartments in the building. Police are not sure if the four are the source of the drugs that killed Hoffman, or if they are a part of a larger drug ring. Preliminary results from Hoffman's autopsy are expected to be released today. Less
