The IRS came under more fire from Congress over unanswered questions surrounding the targeting of political groups that remain after a preliminary review issued from the agency. The Supreme Court left the fate of a key part of the Voting Rights Act in the hands of Congress, but GOP leaders, including the most powerful Republican in the nation, House Speaker John Boehner, don't seem in much of a rush to take up that responsibility. Donna Brazile says President Obama must persuade a polarized Congress to preserve the landmark law that protects citizens from discriminatory anti-voter rules that emerge every election cycle.
