More On "The Colbert Report" last night, Stephen Colbert helped explain the ruling that struck down net neutrality, a decision that could have a major impact on the future of the Internet. "Nation, I hope you know what this means, because I do not," Colbert said. As part of the joke, the video freezes around 1:30. Colbert continued, "Under net neutrality, every site on the Internet has to be equally accessible, whether it be a huge behemoth like Google or a small mom-and-pop site like Bing." But do not adjust your screen: Partway through his rant on how he will not stand for "my content being held hostage for cash" — since some websites could load faster than others for a price — then comes the video freeze. When the clip continues, Colbert has changed his tune. "Folks, I have rethought my position on net neutrality. What I meant to say was, like all Americans, I love my cable company."
