Bullish calls on Burlington Stores (BURL) and Express (EXPR) and Pacific Crest Securities is talking about Intel (INTC), Advanced Micro Devices (AMD) and Nvidia (NVDA). Goldman Sachs is upgading shares of Burlington Stores to BUY from NEUTRAL. Goldman says Burlington's strategic transformation is underappreciated. Janney Capital Markets is upgrading shares of Express to BUY and putting a $20 a share target price on the stock. Janney says tere is an increased likelihood the apparel retailer could be taken private by Sycamore Partners. Pacific Crest Securities says after a recent trip to Asia that all chip makers are not equal. Intel is best positioned to do well from the continuing coporate computer demand. Meanwhile, AMD and Nvidia may have a more challenging time in the current environment because people are not buying as many personal computers. Ruben Ramirez reports from Wall Street.
