Supporters of the Kamine Zoo in Hitachi, Japan have concocted a clever plan to raise money for the struggling Zoo -- by starting a clothing label called Zoo Jeans. Currently being auctioned off for a good cause, these pants are billed as "the only jeans on earth designed by dangerous animals." They are distressed using the jaws and claws of playful and hungry lions, tigers, and bears to give their denim the popular torn-up and worn-out look. To learn more or donate to this good cause, check out the Zoo Jeans charity site: http://zoo-jeans.com/
The Tray Typer is a durable paper tray thatâ??s also a Bluetooth-enabled keyboard. So all you do is pair it with your smartphone, and you can text, tweet, and status update without getting your phone all greasy! KFC in Germany introduced the Tray Typer as an ad campaign, and handed it out at openings of new KFC locations. Unfortunately, the campaign is over, and at this point, KFC has no plans of rolling out the Tray Typer at other locations, yet, but that doesn't stop it from being pretty cool!

A political columnist in Canada has angered at least one reader because he doesn’t know the plot of the 1988 action classic Die Hard. Winnipeg Free Press writer Dan Lett wrote a column titled “Shuffling Chairs In Face Of An Iceberg", where he compared the leadership race in Canada’s New Democratic Party to several Hollywood movies including: The Crying Game, Titanic, The Sixth Sense, and Die Hard. While you’d think a column comparing a political party’s leadership to a movie starring Billy Zane would be the most offensive part, that wasn’t actually what offended one Free Press reader. Brent Neill was put off by the fact that the columnist Dan Lett apparently doesn’t know the plot of Die Hard.
