Ariane 5 successfully launched a spacecraft carrying supplies for the International Space Station from the Guiana Space Centre in French Guiana on Tuesday, July 29. Automated Transfer Vehicle (ATV) Georges Lemaître will carry more than 20 tons of material to the astronauts and cosmonauts on the ISS.
