Thanks to Hollywood (especially Shailene Woodley) and the infectious enthusiasm of young readers, novels aimed at teens dominate USA TODAY's Best-Selling Books list for the first half of 2014. Woodley stars in the film versions of the top two books on the six-month list: At No. 1: The Fault in Our Stars, John Green's love story about teens with cancer. The movie was released in June. At No. 2: Divergent, the first book in Veronica Roth's dystopian trilogy. The film hit theaters in March. Based on sales data collected from Dec. 30, 2013, through June 29, 12 of the 25 most popular titles are aimed at teens or children.
