According to S&P/Case-Shiller U.S. National Home Price Index, prices of single-family U.S. homes sold during the month of March rose two-tenths of a percent over February on a non-seasonally-adjusted basis, according to the latest S&P/Case Shiller report. Long-term data indicates that price gains are cooling off across the country.
