Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel tackled his difficult reputation head on with a campaign advert admitting that he had rubbed some people the wrong way. Emanuel will face a run-off vote against Jesus Garcia on April 7 after failing to gain 50% of voters in the February 25 poll.
