Funny how she was so eager to learn these exercises, than complained throughout each one. Not really that smart of a marketing scheme. It was lighthearted but noticeable.

Lighten up, Captain. She obviously has done her fair share of all of those exercises. Just look at how tiny she is! :) The whole video was obviously part instructional and partially meant to be a skit. (The lady is comedic actress, Judy Greer.)

I wonder what the hotel staff's conversation was after two women dressed this way and a camera crew, checked into their hotel?

      sweet. Great timing.
I'm on an extended trip and spending a lot of time in hotels.
That, and al the great foreign food... I was just thinking about a finding some kind of in-house workout. This is perfect.

      Back to basics.
      thank you

You dont need barbells and dumbells to get a workout,

Just go out side find a huge tree branch, and lift that 10 times. Curl with it etc. There are weights in nature, if you do not want to go to a gym. You could push your car around your driveway for a good work out. Running hills or running up stairs burns way more calories than the running the treadmill at a steady and boring pace.

Buy or find a used back pack. Go outside and put rocks, bricks, sand, or dirt it it to make it heavy. Do pushups with that heavy backpack. Run with that heavy back pack on. If you want to be rellay intense run hills with that heavy back pack on. -Doggy paddle across a swwimming pool as fast as possible digging all the way into the water on each stroke. Your arms and abs will burn alot after doing this.

Buy a sand bag, throw it in the air, and catch it. There are so many ways to workout and gain mussle without the weights most people think about.

      @JD525 Here you go...

      Squats 10-15 reps
      Push-Ups 10-15 reps
Reverse Lunges 10-15 reps (each leg / alternating)
      Dips 10-15 reps
      Crunches 10-15 reps

BEGINNER: Do the reps slowly and under control. Going from one exercise to the next.

ADVANCED: Do as many reps as you can, then move on to the next exercise. Repeat this
      for 20 minutes.

Thank goodness she is working out. She was the first girl that age I seen who couldn't even open a jar of produce for her veggie chile. My my 80 some year old mother is stronger than her!

Okay...can you just do the exercises without talking about them? Use the hotel bed for everything:)

I don't think I'd want to lay down on a hotel room room. I thought more excercises would be done in or on the bed. Most hotels do have an exercise room.
