Shopping Mall Bans Screaming Kids

Malaysia Airlines banned babies from the first class cabins, a Pittsburgh restaurant banned kids under 6, and now the Dee Why Grand Shopping Centre has enacted a zero tolerance policy on screaming children. After several noise complaints near the mall's play area, the mall posted this notice: "Stop. Parents please be considerate of other customers using the food court. Screaming children will not be tolerated in the centre." This has sparked a debate: are children playing too noisy or are the parents to blame? Or, is this a case of -- ahem, just kids being kids?
