      watching this girl work out is NOT inspiring - she looks like she'd rather do ANYTHING but work out...like go get a cheeseburger and fries.....try getting someone who wants to do the exercises if you want people to watch these.. Sorry, had to turn it off

      Useful, but old movements that will not "sculpt" your body. In fact, the trainer infers that the tricep exercise will get rid of the waggle underneath and I guarantee she knows better. There are better movements that can be modified for all fitness levels that require no gear.

      Not bad. You can definitely get a good workout at home. That hamstring exercise is a good one, and you can make it even more challenging by keeping your body straight from knees to shoulders even as you bend your knees.

      I used a few of these excercises in phy. therapy, It helps also w/ knott's up & down shoulder blades.
