Yahoo must be catering to the illerate since all news is in video. I rather
read the information. It's a lot faster than waiting for a vid to load.

you are what you eat.and because cows eat vegetation they end up secreting a substance that
becomes cheese so it seems that by eating vegetation you will also produce this substance without even eating cheese.I'll let the cows eat grass and I'll eat cheese instead of spending 12 to 14 hours a day grazing.

Ridiculous. You would eat Subway or Taco Bell, but not any cheese? i lived in Holland. A weight problem there is rare and people are far more healthy. People are tall and thin and gorgeous and their cheese consumption is crazy!! They eat big chunks for dessert, have it for breakfast and lunch. In moderation, fresh and very little junk food and bicycle as transport. That is more important than eliminating cheese.

Well, I think vegan diet is great! However, as someone who used to eat mostly veggie, I was 340 pounds! I had gastric bypass surgery, and now am REQUIRED to eat mostly protein. I eat cheese, fat free milk, yogurt, lean proteins such as chicken, fish and lean beef and buffalo. I also eat at least 2 eggs every day. I don't have the ability to eat a lot of fruits and veggies, but I do eat salads as I can, avocados, cucumbers green beans, brocolli and carrot juice. I end up drinking a lot of V-8 juice, because I cannot consume as mush as I need. I have lost 100 pounds and have kept it off for over 5 years. I drink wine, and cheese goes with it...the french eat a lot of cheese, and they are not obese like us. I find no fault with a veggie or vegan diet, but if you have no health issues with meat and dairy, then indulge, in moderation, and as fat free as you can. Make sure you use olive oil, and eat butter in moderation instead of margarine. A lean protein diet with build good muscles and allow you to lose the fat. A good amount of dairly will help your bones. And my dietician is GREAT with my diet choices. And she is a skinny #$%$ ! Which ever way you decide to eat, just eat healthy. A good reason to eat veggie is more of a ethical choice than a health decision. Animals are treated badly in many respects, so I try to eat ethicly raised animal meat. Oh, and BTW, I have low blood pressure, food cholesteral and no longer have insulin resistance.

Cheese is a gift from the gods and this video is just pure blasphemy. I dropped over 100lbs and have kept it off for 8 years. Dont buy into this garbage. Its called moderation. A light sprinkle of cheese can make the mandatory piece of grilled chicken (or as I call it, the "white noise" of the tastebud) actually feel somewhat less yawn inducing.

I've given up cheese for over a month and still wanted it. Cheese is amazing. This video (in relation to cheese) is ridiculous. Moderation, working out and/or staying active is your best way to keep the weight off. Cutting out cheese has nothing to do with it and it is not addictive.

The protein "casein" she speaks of here supplies amino acids; carbohydrates; and two inorganic elements, calcium and phosphorus. The casein molecule has the ability to form a gel or clot in the stomach, which makes it VERY efficient in nutrient supply. The clot is able to provide a sustained slow release of amino acids into the blood stream, sometimes lasting for several hours. This means it will take longer to digest which will keep you feeling full for longer periods of time. This provides better nitrogen retention and use by the body. Many many people use casein supplements to aid their diets while trying to build lean muscle as a good and long lasting protein with great benefits.

Don't buy into what this girl says.

Wow-so now cheese is addicting? I find this so hard to believe. I think a person can eat an abundance of foods-Just not an abundant amount..Lots of veggies-some fruit and lots of protien..

My bf has been trying to get me to go vegetarian with him when not even he can stay that way for more than month. I see his argument, but don't we need SOME animal protiens too (i.e. seafood, chicken, beef)?

Some good; some radical. Depriving oneself occasionally of something you enjoy and not
worrying if it going to lead to your 'death' is more realistic and ENDorpine creating!

If a person doesn't have an intolerance for a particular food why not eat it, unless its absolutely not healthy. eat a well balanced diet and you will be healthy and lose weight. be active. i like to run among other things and i cant imagine not eating from every food group.
