Pumps are now working around the clock to drain areas like Goose Bayou. Enough water had drained by late Monday afternoon to allow residents back into lower Lafitte. It's the third time since Hurricane Rita in 2005, homes and camps in this vulnerable area outside the levee protection went under water. Charles D
