The perfect bite is like the holy grail of food, and it's not easy to make. In this episode we traveled to the Food Experiments World Championship in Brooklyn, New York where 14 home cooks battled it out. The winning creation was, "Jewel Crusted Shrimp with Avocado Wasabi Aioli."
