Having just left the hospital where 88-year-old Sen. Daniel Inouye, D-Hawaii, passed away tonight, Majority Leader Harry Reid, D-Nev., made impromptu remarks on the Senate floor, celebrating the veteran senator's life and career. "We will all miss him," Reid said, "and that's a gross understatement."
