Floods Cascade Along Mandaluyong City Streets as Cyclists Navigate Roads

The remnants of tropical storm Mario, known internationally as Fung-wong, caused heavy rainfall in Manila and much of northern Philippines. The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration warned that heavy rains may trigger more floods as well as landslides.
