Mourners Gather at Scene of Nemtsov Shooting

Hundreds of people laid flowers and lit candles on Moscow’s Zamoskvoretskiy bridge on Saturday, February 28, for slain Russian politician Boris Nemtsov, who was shot dead on the bridge the previous day. This video shows the scene at the bridge.

Nemtsov, who was co-chair of Russia’s People’s Freedom Party, was reportedly fired upon four times from a passing white vehicle on the bridge, just several meters away from the Kremlin, the official residence of President Vladimir Putin. Credit: Facebook/Ayhan Kara
