Michael Dell's offer to acquire outstanding shares in the company he founded and bring it private has been endorsed by two more advisory firms.Glass Lewis and Egan-Jones, firms that advise shareholders in matters of public companies, announced that after reviewing Michael Dell's $13.65-per-share deal, it's in the best interests for the company's stockholders to vote for it. Industrial and raw material companies powered the stock market higher for a fourth straight day of gains. The new chief of Alibaba Group Holding Ltd. Jonathan Lu, said the Chinese company will seek more alliances and acquisitions to gain better access to smartphone users, while taking advantage of data from its shopping sites to offer tailor-made services for sellers and buyers.
