"Human Billboard" Wants Face Tattoos Removed

In 2007, Billy Gibby began selling the advertising space on his forehead, cheeks, and chin. Gaining lots of publicity, and quite a bit of money along the way, Billy became known as the "Human Billboard" and sold over 20 tattoos on his face, most of them advertising porn sites. Now, Billy says he wants to raise $4000 to get the unfortunate face tattoos removed. How is he going to raise the money? By selling advertising space on his hands, arms, chest and legs!
