i was with this gut for 21 yrs married seven he filed for divorce against me i had raise his two children he lied in court said he left me two years so we had only been together he took my name of the house had me sign papers while i had un der gone remove of lung for cancer told me it was for refinancing the i lost my case as ca does not recognise common law i got no spousal support he got the house and iam put in the street at 73 uyrs old so please do not do what i did

I like when Niecy says 'you may get hurt, but still put yourself out there. I met this guy and a much older friend told me that she was worried that I was going to get hurt. I said Oh, I am going to get hurt, but I plan to ride this wave for as long as I can. We both laughed and I did get hurt, pillow-sobbing hurt, but I enjoyed the ride while it lasted. I am so happy for Sherri, bc Niecy helped her to see what was in front of her--a good man.

I like the ideal of how to have a good break up, and how Nicey did it, I thought that was so special, if both parties agree to do it that way, Iwas married for 20+yrs.am going through a divorce, and would like to do it the way Nicey did it, because this is HARD.....smile!
