HOUSTON-Keep your umbrellas handy for tomorrow because the showers are expected to return, said KHOU 11 News Meteorologist Gene Norman. The heavy rain is pretty much done for the day, with Galveston seeing 1 inch and Alvin seeing as much as 2 inches on Sunday. It will return again on Monday after a steamy evening. Temperatures tonight will generally be in the low 70s in northern counties, thanks to the rain. Showers will start in the coastal regions before moving inland. By then, temperatures will peak in t
