HOUSTON- Humidity is very high with southwesterly winds coming through and that always means extremely hot conditions.
It felt as hot as 116 in Sugar Land, 103 in the Woodlands and 102 in Huntsville this afternoon, true to August form, said KHOU 11 News Meteorologist Mario Gomez.
A few showers popped up in the late afternoon but had already dissipated by evening. Overnight and into Sunday morning, temperatures will be in the steamy 70s. By afternoon, weather will mostly be a repeat of today.
