HOUSTON - Keep your umbrella handy, we could see some rain as Friday kicks off another steamy weekend, KHOU 11 News Chief Meteorologist Gene Norman said. "Friday will be another hot and humid day, but there could be some storms that break out as a front sags our way," he said. "We'll see 95 as our high in the city, and 91 down on Galveston Island." The rain chances on Friday stand at 30-percent, and the seven-day forecast drops the rain chance to 20-percent during the weekend. Meanwhile, in the tropics we
