      Just because a bread basket is sitting in front of you, does not mean you have to eat it. Just ask the server to take it away.

      Gaining pounds comes from eating more food, than you use for energy,
      Health does not directly coorolate with weight. Even people at a so called good weight can be unhealthy. -The truth is most people do not know what they are getting from reasturants. Even vegtables served at reasturants may not be as healthy as you think.

      You have to use think a bit. Order real foods, or foods that have nutrient value, with not many preservites or proccessing. Nutrient value means Protein,Vitamins,or Minerals. Eating at reasturants will not directly make you fat, although it is more expensive, and you do not have as much control over the way your food is prepared.

      Stop saying that gaining weight is due to carbs, or fats. Gaining weight is due to consuming more food, than you use for energy.
