        @ Carol, you're absolutely correct. I have sat back and watched my Uncle drink gallons and gallons of fruit juces (mainly orange) most of his life. He has now been diagnosed as a type 2 diabetic. One really has to watch the amount of sugary fruit juice they consume. It's no joke!

      This is why I cook for myself...so I can watch what I eat! but I didn't know what the heck I was doing in the kitchen at all.. then my girlfriend got this hilarious beginners cookbook for me last year for Xmas..I can't tell you the name of it here.. it's a bit unpc.. but if you search for "whipped and be aten culinary works" you can find it.. but seriously.. if you can't take a good joke, or if you get offended easily.. skip this one
