Barney, a Chocolate Labrador who lives in Surrey, England, ate something strange. It all started when Barney’s owner, Kim Woollard, took Barney to a pebbly beach, and the excited dog ran and jumped and played. The next day, Barney seemed sluggish, so Kim took him to the vet. Well it turns out Barney, who is known for eating weird things like laundry and tissues, ate 109 stones! He's ok...but man, 109 stones!
Wayford Woods in Somerset, England has a fairy problem. It’s the home to 200 “fairy doors", which are tiny wooden doors installed by local humans in the roots of trees, so that children can leave notes for the fairies that live in the majestic forest. Now, the human caretakers of the woods claim there are too many doors and have begun "evicting" some of the fairies.
Earlier this week, a photo of a weasel riding a woodpecker rode onto the internet and flew away with our hearts. But now, the photographer who took the photo in Hornchurch Country Park in London, England, Martin Le-May, has revealed that the photo isn’t as cute as it seems. That weasel is trying to murder that woodpecker!
The mysterious Vine account is called Assam, and while it is in Japanese and any information about it is negligible, it appears to chronicle the daily existence of an Owl named Kotetsu who lives in an apartment with an unnamed human. Kotetsu is pretty much like your normal apartment pet. He plays, he cuddles, and he takes baths. Except for the fact that he's an OWL WHO LIVES IN AN APARTMENT!!!!!
