Andy Samberg returned to "Saturday Night Live" to host the season finale — and treated fans to a whole lotta "Hugs." The "Brooklyn Nine-Nine" star, known for his digital shorts while a cast member on "SNL," teamed up with music group The Lonely Island for an ode to the cuddle. The video opens with "Orphan Black" star Tatiana Maslany, who calls up Samberg to ask him out. "What, you think we're an item because I gave you a hug? Trick! You better think again," Samberg says. "We are not gentleman," he raps. "I'll hug a girl like it don't mean nothing." Samberg adds, "I get more hugs than Oprah selling drugs, and the drug was pure X ," as "SNL" alum Maya Rudolph appears, channeling the talk-show host. Later, singer Pharrell Williams — in straw boater — mans an adorable hugging booth. Careful, ladies: This affection is no-strings attached. "Don't catch feelings, it ain't love, we're just the kings of giving out hugs," Williams sings. "You can't hug a rolling stone." "Hugs" was Samberg's second Digital Short of the night. " When Will the Bass Drop? " mocked electronic dance music DJs' over-the-top drama. The comedian dropped beats that literally killed. -- Claudine Zap (@zapkidd)
