With the 2014 FIFA World Cup's finale today, there's never been a better time to sip on a caipirinha, Brazil's national cocktail, with a fanciful twist in the style of chef José Andrés. Plus, we'll show you a mojito unlike you've ever seen before (hint: it involves cotton candy). Inspired by The Bazaar by José Andrés at the SLS Hotel Frozen Caipirinha Ingredients5 ounces lime juice, freshly squeezed 10 teaspoons superfine sugar 20 ounces cachaca Zest of 2 limes Directions Pour lime juice into ice cube trays, and freeze overnight. Into a blender, add frozen ice cubes, sugar, and cachaca. Blend until slushy. Pour into glasses, garnish with a little bit of lime zest, and serve with a spoon. Add rum and ice, and shake vigorously. Add club soda to the shaker. Place cotton candy in a martini glass.
