Amanda Bynes's parents are determined to help their troubled daughter. Lynn and Rick Bynes arrived at Ventura County Superior Court in Oxnard, California, Friday morning at 8:30 a.m. to request a conservatorship over their 27-year-old. Lawyer Tamar Arminak joined them to help plead their case before the judge. However, Judge Glen M. Reiser refused to make any ruling today because Amanda was not present in court.
