A new 47-page "Aircraft Standards" rulebook for employees of Abercrombie & Fitch's private jet has surfaced, and it has some crazy guidelines. Apparently, CEO Michael Jeffries has weird ideas from everything to what employees should wear and what kind of music they listen to. SPOILER ALERT: He's a big Phil Collins fan.
